Step 2: Ratified Contract distribution to client, lender, and title company

Step 3: Transaction Tracker:1-sheet page with list of DEADLINES!

Step 4: Lender Instructions for outstanding items

Step 5: Title Company Instructions

Step 6: FIRST DEADLINE: (EMD) Escrow Money Deposit DUE

Step 7: Home Insurance quote due

Step 8: Schedule Inspections needed

Step 9: Appraisal Report ordered

Step 10: Pour a cup of coffee/ tea/ wine and take a breather!
