Sipple-Allen Wedding
Last Saturday, June 3rd, we celebrated the wedding of our children, Olivia and Matt. I want to take this time and space to thank everyone who made the wedding a top-notch, spectacular event. It was a success in more than one way.
So, without further ado, here are the photos of a year of planning! What can be accomplished when you join forces with a stellar team is fantastic.
The Engagement
It all started last June when we began planning the engagement party which we celebrated in July. Shortly thereafter, we started the preparations for the wedding. There was a lot to do, and not a great deal of time to do so.
Between the engagement party and the wedding, we had two semesters of physics and engineering classes, co-ops, and projects to cover, two college graduations, and relocations from NY to VA. Planning a wedding long distance and competing with college classes and projects was a challenging task that we all overcame. We had several late-night planning meetings and lots of brainstorming days.
Let the Planning Games Begin…
As the months progressed, we were able to define our goals and themes for the wedding. Once the theme had been defined, the testing and coordinating began. So many options, so many decisions, and so little time!

You were a trouper for over a year helping me prepare for the engagement party and then the wedding. There is no way I could have prepared for the wedding without your help.
