1 teaspoon of chicken broth (powder) or 1 cup of liquid broth
1 teaspoon of cumin
2 cups of water
4 to 8 0z of tomato sauce (depending on how orange you want your rice)
Heat oil (don’t burn it)
Add rice and onion to hot oil
Mix well until rice is lightly brown. As you mix, it will get toasted
Add water (DO NOT STIR)
Add sauce, cumin, and broth.
NOW stir well. Taste for flavor. Add more cumin or salt as needed.
LOWER heat to the lowest setting. Cover and Cook for 20 min. DO NOT STIR/ do not lift the lid.
After 20 min, DO NOT REMOVE LID. Turn heat off, and let it stand for 5 min.

1 tablespoon of cooking oil
1 medium chopped onion (small chunks)
1 teaspoon of chicken broth or ½ cup of liquid broth
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 tablespoon of garlic
1/4 cup of water
2-4 0z of tomato sauce (depending on how saucy you want your tacos)
Heat oil (don’t burn it)
Add ground beef and onion to hot oil
Add
1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of oregano
1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon salt
Mix well until beef is not pink
LOWER HEAT
Add water, sauce and Broth. Mix well and simmer for 5 minute

Topping my tacos is always a bit of a challenge for me…I like all the toppings!!!!
Fresh onions, cilantro, chopped tomato, pico de Gallo, guacamole, hot sauce, sour cream, jalapenos…all of them…tough decisions to make…ENJOYING my tacos, not a difficult decision AT ALL!!!
